My name is Ruth Noemí Márquez Castro. I was raised in a family with strong gospel convictions. As I grew older, I came to understand the importance of responding to God's call and walking in faith according to the purpose He has designed for each of us.

From a very young age, I have had a genuine passion for the mission field. Witnessing all that God can do beyond our human capabilities fills me with joy—especially knowing that He calls ordinary men and women for His extraordinary plans.

With a clear conviction that God has called me and set my heart apart to serve Him in the missionary field, I have decided to respond, "Here I am… send me". Over the past few years, I have prepared and trained for the moment when God calls me to serve Him in the mission field.

​

Living the mission means understanding that our entire life was created for His glory and honor and that, having come to know Him, we become His instruments so that others may be reached with the love of God.

​

Starting in June 2024, I will have the blessing of carrying out my missionary residency (practicum) in my beloved Colombia.
